Message from the Chairman of the Board

Throughout 2025, the world continued to face increasingly complex and rapid changes arising from global economic volatility, climate change, growing societal expectations regarding corporate responsibility, as well as more stringent environmental regulations and frameworks. These factors have directly impacted business operations and organizational growth directions across all industries. The Company recognizes that such challenges are not merely risks, but also important driving forces for adaptation and the establishment of a sustainable long-term growth direction.

As a manufacturer and distributor of plastic films and packaging, the Company places significant importance on addressing plastic waste issues and minimizing environmental impacts throughout the value chain. This is achieved through the implementation of the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) approach, the development of 100% recyclable packaging innovations (Mono Material), improvements in energy efficiency, and the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions from production and transportation processes to support the transition toward a low-carbon economy. In addition, conducting business alongside balanced environmental and social stewardship will strengthen the Company’s competitiveness, enhance confidence among investors and stakeholders, and serve as a key foundation for driving the organization toward achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Building upon the sustainability foundation that the Company has continuously established over the past years, the Board of Directors remains committed to driving the organization toward sustainable business operations by concretely integrating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) considerations into the Company’s core strategies. The Company has also established risk management approaches and operational guidelines aligned with its long-term Net Zero targets and Climate Strategy.

The Board firmly believes that conducting business with balanced consideration for economic, social, and environmental dimensions will serve as a vital foundation for aligning the Company with the SDGs and supporting the transition toward a more responsible future for the planet.

On behalf of the Board of Directors, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to all employees, business partners, and stakeholders for their continued support and commitment in driving the organization along the path toward sustainability. We will continue to advance the organization not only to reduce impacts, but also to be part of creating positive change and delivering sustainable value to society and the environment in the long term.

Message from the Chairman of the Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee

The year 2025 remained another challenging year for the flexible plastic packaging industry amid multidimensional global changes, including the climate crisis, increasingly stringent international sustainability frameworks, and rising stakeholder expectations for tangible environmental and social responsibility. In particular, the growing movement to reduce and eliminate single-use plastics has directly impacted on the business direction of the industry.

The Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee recognizes that sustainability is not merely a policy concept, but a strategic factor that determines long-term competitiveness and growth. Therefore, the Company has integrated the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) framework into its corporate strategy, risk management, and business decision-making processes in order to create balanced value for all stakeholders.

From the environmental perspective, the Company is committed to developing innovative products aligned with the circular economy concept and supporting the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 12: Responsible Consumption and Production, and SDG 13: Climate Action. The development of Mono Material packaging films, Ready-to-Recycle Film, MDO PE, PCR film, and Bio Compostable materials demonstrates the Company’s response to market demands while reducing environmental impacts throughout the product life cycle.

Over the past year, the Company has continuously advanced its energy and greenhouse gas reduction strategy through the installation of rooftop solar power systems (Solar Rooftop) to increase the proportion of renewable energy consumption and significantly reduce greenhouse gas emissions. These efforts are aligned with the Company’s Climate Strategy and long-term Net Zero targets. In addition, the Company is currently in the process of joining the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) to further elevate its climate-related targets.

In terms of social and governance dimensions, the Company places importance on conducting business responsibly and transparently, while taking into account impacts on communities and society throughout the supply chain. Achieving Green Industry Level 5 certification and becoming the only Thai plastic business operator to join the R-Cycle Community reflect the Company’s commitment to elevating environmental management standards, packaging data management, and governance practices to international levels. At the same time, the Company continues to support the SDGs through community development activities, natural resource conservation, and collaboration with suppliers and business partners.

Finally, the Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee firmly believes that driving the organization under ESG principles and international sustainability standards will strengthen the Company’s ability to adapt amid global changes and foster stable long-term growth. The Company remains committed to developing its business alongside social and environmental stewardship in order to deliver sustainable value to stakeholders and the world.
