Methods for Reporting Whistleblowing or Complaints
In order to ensure equal treatment of all stakeholders and fairness in accordance with the principles of good corporate governance, the Company has established channels for receiving whistleblowing reports or complaints indicating that stakeholders have been affected or may be affected in a manner that could cause damage to all groups of stakeholders as a result of the Company’s business operations or the actions of the Company’s directors, executives, employees, or staff in relation to violations of laws or the code of conduct, including behavior that may indicate fraud or corruption, unequal treatment, or actions lacking due care and diligence.
Stakeholders may submit whistleblowing reports or complaints regarding misconduct by clearly providing the name, address, and contact telephone number of the whistleblower or complainant, including the name of the offender and details of the misconduct supported by reliable information, evidence, or witnesses (if any)
