Responsibility
  1. ESG Data & Reporting Management: Collect, analyze, and synthesize organizational data to meet ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) disclosure frameworks and international ratings (e.g., FTSE Russell).
  2. Sustainability Reporting: Spearhead the compilation and publication of the company's annual Sustainability Report in accordance with global standards.
  3. Standards & Compliance Management: Drive, implement, and maintain compliance with international standards and sustainability platforms, including ISO 14001, ISO 50001, SMETA, and EcoVadis.
  4. Carbon Footprint Assessment: Oversee and manage the calculations, data collection, and verification for Carbon Footprint for Organization (CFO) and Carbon Footprint for Products (CFP).
  5. Green Manufacturing Initiatives: Maintain and upgrade the company's Green Industry System certification (Ministry of Industry) and drive CSR-DIW frameworks.
  6. Project Coordination & CSR: Coordinate sustainability projects and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs, focusing on energy reduction, waste management, and community relations.
  7. Regulatory Compliance: Monitor, audit, and ensure all business operations comply with environmental laws, sustainability standards, and internal corporate policies.
  8. Communication & Capacity Building: Develop and deliver training programs to foster a sustainability culture internally, and effectively communicate ESG milestones to external stakeholders.
  9. Partnerships & Sustainability Awards: Cultivate relationships with external organizations, government bodies, and NGOs to support ESG initiatives and lead applications for sustainability awards.
  10. Carry out other strategic tasks and operational duties as assigned by management.
Qualification
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Sustainable Development, or any related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience directly handling corporate ESG initiatives, Sustainability Reporting, or FTSE Russell / FTSE4Good assessment frameworks.
  3. Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) for corporate reporting and international stakeholder alignment.
  4. Strong leadership, project management, and people management skills.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (especially Excel for data analysis, Word, and PowerPoint).
  6. Exceptional communication, presentation, and cross-functional coordination skills.
  7. Strong time management and ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

  1. Handle receiving, issuing, and dispatching of spare parts, ensuring all related documentation is completed accurately and thoroughly.
  2. Organize and store spare parts by category in designated areas to maintain neatness and order (5S).
  3. Control inventory and perform regular stock counts (cycle counting) to ensure stock accuracy.
  4. Log and update inventory data, and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual spare parts usage summary reports.
  5. Coordinate with cross-functional departments (such as Procurement, Maintenance, and Production) as well as external suppliers.

Qualification
