Unique Plastic Industry Co., Ltd. has focused on "Quality Control" in all of the aspect of production, personnel and coordination. It is first and foremost customer driven!

The resulting "processes" must be a true reflection of how and why we want to operate. An unimaginative implementation will most assuredly lead to dissatisfaction. Keep in mind that an effective system is nothing more than a collection of fully functional and integrated processes - all leading to a common goal. As with any system, continual optimization must always be considered in order to keep pace with today's rapidly changing business conditions.

The act of achieving ISO 9000 is not the end of a quality journey! It is merely a checkpoint on a continuous path of quality-oriented improvement - all aimed at "delighting your customer." If that is not the objective, then don't do ISO 9000! If ISO 9000 is only sought for purely marketing reasons, you will be disappointed and frustrated. As with any project of this scope and magnitude, management's prioritization and commitment often spell the difference between success and failure.
